Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur. Our cotton design mats utilise a unique precision dye technique. We make every effort to ensure continuity of colour however batches can vary.

Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Sizes

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

    The mat is reasonably priced, came quickly, and has indeed mopped up a lot of mud in its first month with us. Easy to wash and dry, and very soft as well. Lovely design, too.

    Mat I bought looks really good. It does trap the dirt and does not move about on the underlying carpet because of the grip. I will but again but because of the quality probably wont need to often.

    Love this new design . My order came very quickly . Have found a new reason to like my Turtle mats. My Maine Coon cat during her first 18months growing up has made most of my carpets look dreadful. She has tried her claws on my doormats but , as yet, they look as good as new!
