Delivery
*Free delivery offer is available until 31st August 2020 on orders equal to or greater than £75 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.
We aim to despatch within 48 hours and goods should arrive within 5-7 days. A signature may be required. Please advise of any special delivery instructions or if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.
Shipping
- Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
- Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
- Overseas orders are charged at £25.00 and limited to 3 mats in any one order. All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes over which Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. has no control. Please check these details before placing an order.
- Postage charges cover delivery to one address.
Returns
- Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
- Please use the cut off slip on your despatch note indicating reason for return and if you would like a refund or replacement
- Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
- We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
- Please note that if you need to returm a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.
