Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available until 31st August 2020 on orders equal to or greater than £75 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim to despatch within 48 hours and goods should arrive within 5-7 days. A signature may be required. Please advise of any special delivery instructions or if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.

Shipping

• Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
• Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
• Overseas orders are charged at £25.00 and limited to 3 mats in any one order. All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes over which The Turtle Mat Company has no control. Please check these details before placing an order.
• Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

• Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
• Please use the cut off slip on your despatch note indicating reason for return and if you would like a refund or replacement
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as The Turtle Mat Company cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
• Please note that if you need to returm a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.

Sizes

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to large runners which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats, including Cotton Design, RHS, Marine and Bath Mats have square cut corners.

All sizes are approximate and a small level of shrinkage may occur.

  I love my turtle mat, but I haven’t given it 5stars because it is advertised as a runner, it’s not, it’s a large mat. I will have to order another one to cover my hallway but unfortunately it’s out of stock

  Appalling service when I complained that the rug colour was different from the catalogue. 4 phone calls, emails with photos got no response. Very disappointed

  Recommended by a friend, and to be fair it seemed to do the job for them i.e. minimised transference of wee and muck from outside to inside home. But for us I can see no difference between this product and any other door mat. Expensive, which if it achieved the objective I would not mind, but it doesn't.
