*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

• Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
• Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
• Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

• Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
• Please note that if you need to return a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.

Sizes

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

All sizes are approximate and a small level of shrinkage may occur.

  Nice to have a festive theme at this time of year, although there are always robins on our garden, so it might stay longer than the Christmas season! I was converted to Turtle Mats years ago, loving the convenience of being able to wash and tumble dry door mats - essential with pets and a busy household.
