Delivery
*Free delivery offer is available until 31st May 2013 on orders equal to or greater than £75 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95, postage saving for Turtle Vac orders is £7.50.
We aim to despatch within 48 hours and goods should arrive within 7-10 days. A signature may be required. Please advise of any special delivery instructions or if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.
Shipping
Turtle Mats and Turtle Care
- Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (Mainland only)
- Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00.
- Overseas orders are charged at £25.00 and limited to 3 mats in any one order. All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes over which The Turtle Mat Company has no control. Please check these details before placing an order.
- Postage charges cover delivery to one address.
Turtle Vac
- £7.50 per Turtle Vac for UK mainland delivery. Please call 0845 600 3478 for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and offshore isles.
- All Turtle Vac deliveries require a signature. Please let us know if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.
If you are ordering a Turtle Vac and Turtle Mats, shipping will be charged at Turtle Vac prices. Please note your order will arrive in two shipments.
