Returns

• Please return goods unused within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below. Please note that we cannot process an exchange of goods and can only offer a refund.
• We do not accept returns of a Personalised mat however, in the event that your Personalised Mat is faulty please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk 
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance).
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
