Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below.  If you need to return a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.
  • Please use the cut off slip on your despatch note indicating reason for return and if you would like a refund or replacement.
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance).
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as The Turtle Mat Company cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
