About

A classic stripe in neutral tones of cream and brown, this mat will blend well with warm wood and limestone floors whilst working hard to trap dirt in its absorbent cotton tufts. 

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur. Our cotton design mats utilise a unique precision dye technique. We make every effort to ensure continuity of colour however batches can vary.

Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

    The mats are great individually but I had expected the colour to be identical (they are used abutting) and they are slightly different. My partner says I'm being unnecessarily but it does grate like an askew picture!

    Have 2 other turtle mats so know good quality & wash well. Only negative medium is quite small when you want a mat smaller than the large the difference is quite alot

    These mats are stylish & hard wearing. I love them. If you have dogs or children running in and out they are ideal. There is a great selection of patterns and sizes.

    Dissapointed. The colour is completely different to that shown in both the book and online. My mat is grey and not sandstone. Customer service are impossible to contact either by phone or email.

    This is my 5th.Turtle mat purchase and I wouldn't buy any other sort, they do what they say they do and bonus is I chuck it in my washing machine when it's dirty and it comes out like new again.

    Exactly as described and shown online. Looked a bit flat and dull when first unpacked but once installed it soon recovered from being flattened during transit. Purchased for hallway. It’s a great neutral design and very soft underfoot. Stays firmly in place on Amtico floor and works a treat; dirt hoovers away easily after being left to dry. This was to replace a Turtle Mat I’d had for nine years but I was ready for a new design! The old one which still functioned well has been handed on to my daughter to try, so hasn’t gone to waste! Would definitely recommend.
