When new and before weathering, Cape Cod mats have a surface sheen. During this time, place securely on a non-slip and non-polished surface to aid slip resistance.

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

    We ordered 2 of these mats; one for the front door and one for the back. I preferred the grey colour but spouse chose the coffee one so his is at the front and mine at the back. They are performing quite well with our muddy shoes and boots after the dog walk which is very muddy at the moment. Good offer with discount and free postage. The only niggle is when the dog charges out the back door the mat does slide a bit but no accidents and it has stayed on the step and he has got used to it now.

    Very sturdy mat. I now have one of these outside every external door. Look just like rope but are a strong manmade fibre. Look as if they will never wear out.
