When new and before weathering, Cape Cod mats have a surface sheen. During this time, place securely on a non-slip and non-polished surface to aid slip resistance.

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Sizes

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

    I wanted the grey, but out of stock. I decided to go for blue as I was keen to get one soon. It is so dark it doesn’t really notice. This is my second Cape Cod, but a bigger one. I’ve found these the best outdoor mats and I’ve tried quite a few. Living in the country, it’s easier to scrape debris off boots/shoes. They drain well and are easy to hose off and last!

    This is narrow enough to place on a step and works well with muddy boots. Easily cleaned with a hose

    Colour (deep navy) as anticipated and pleased with my purchase. The only negative is the mats slip on our new, composite decking, have previously used the same product on flag stone and wood with no issues.

    Loved the colour and the size just perfect for the front door as I ordered the largest. Not sure how easy it will be to keep clean as I get so many leaves blow into my porch? The mat looks hard wearing but time will tell but if it’s like any of my other Turtle mats it will be superb.

    Bought one of these mats about 15 years which is still going strong. Although this is a slightly looser weave, it still looks the same great quality. The navy is very smart and a change from brown.

    Exactly what I wanted and works well. I have got two indoor mats which have so far lasted 14 years. This outdoor mat is sturdy and goes perfectly with my front door.

    Expensive for a mat really but the quality is good. I alway buy from turtle mats and have spent over £200 this last 4 weeks because we have moved house. They last and where advised wash well.

    High quality product that withstands all weathers, including high winds. Does not fade and can be easily washed as the water runs through it. The navy colour is rich and deep. My best outdoor mat purchase ever.
