When new and before weathering, Cape Cod mats have a surface sheen. During this time, place securely on a non-slip and non-polished surface to aid slip resistance.

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

  • Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
  • Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
  • Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
  • We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

    Very sturdy mat - wont fall apart like our previous wire and coir mat, and has stayed put through today’s 60 mph winds. Not absorbent at all but great at rubbing mud and leaves off shoes and boots, so great positioned immediately outside the door. Easy to clean (mostly cleans itself in the rain). Good size for a normal doorway, without having to buy the bigger one.

    At last a mat that does not get soggy and end up creating more mess on the doorstep. This new design washes easily and allows rain to pass through the attractive rope style design, leaving a safer surface that is not slippy. A quick water rinse is all that is needed to maintain its pristine condition. It is also eco friendly. The only downside is the price, but at least I purchased mine whilst it was on offer. Glad I decided to buy two, one in each colour.

    We've used Turtle Mat's indoor mats for years, so when our outdoor mat went this was a logical buy. Even better than the photo. The large size is very generous ... wider than our door ... so no chance for muddy feet to avoid it. The twisted cord design means there are lots of rough edges to knock the dirt off shoes. And it certainly feels and looks incredibly sturdy. I'm guessing this is the last front door mat we ever buy.
