*Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.

We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. 

Shipping

• Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
• Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK
• Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns

• Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Sizes

Turtle Mats are available in a range of sizes, from a standard doormat size to a large runner size which are great by patio doors. All Latex mats come with rounded corners and all multi-grip mats have square cut corners.

All sizes are approximate and a small level of shrinkage may occur.

  It's a good product if you like its speckled mix of white and almost chocolatey brown fibres. It's quite pleasant, but I had wanted to buy the old "Sand" colour to match existing mats; however, that has apparently been discontinued.

  The colour is nothing like fawn it is a dark brown so very misleading , it looks more like the colour Seal so beware if you want a light colour it just isn’t available now

  Colour description and colour shown in photo misleading - I found ‘fawn’ to be flecked white with chocolate/deep brown. it looks sandy beige in the photo which is what I wanted, fortunately I was still able to use this mat but I think they need to change either the colour description, or change the photograph used as it is misleading. Other reviewers have commented that the colour is not what they were expecting on arrival.. I have taken this up with the company, but don’t feel they will do anything about it, either the photograph used or the description. I was also disappointed to read in these reviews that the customer service was not living up to customers expectations.

  Pleased I bought the mat with square corners and non-slip for a laminate floor. Exceptionally pleased with my purchase. Colour very serviceable and don’t think it will show any dirty marks for a while.

  Excellent quality mats, wash very well. Very good at trapping moisture and dirt. Wash very well, I prefer to dry them naturally rather than the harsh environment of a tumble drier. More pleasing to look at against our oak floor than a standard doormat.

  I have had one of these for 12 years and it is still going strong. It is near the door we use all the time and has been washed several times.
