Delivery
*Free delivery offer is available until 31st December 2018 on orders equal to or greater than £75 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95.
We aim to despatch within 48 hours and goods should arrive within 5-7 days. A signature may be required. Please advise of any special delivery instructions or if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.
Shipping
- Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)
- Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00
- Overseas orders are charged at £25.00 and limited to 3 mats in any one order. All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes over which The Turtle Mat Company has no control. Please check these details before placing an order.
- Postage charges cover delivery to one address.
Returns
- Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
- Please use the cut off slip on your despatch note indicating reason for return and if you would like a refund or replacement
- Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)
- We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as The Turtle Mat Company cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
- Please note that if you need to returm a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.
