Caring for your indoor Turtle Mat

• Washing your mat before use helps to maximise performance by raising the pile once dried.
• Machine or hand wash at 40°C using a colour kind non-biological detergent without bleaching agents/optical brighteners.
• Do not use fabric conditioner or a combined detergent and conditioner as this will reduce the dirt trapping performance of your mat
• We recommend washing your Turtle Mats regularly (monthly) to improve the absorbency of your mat and to ensure the area under the mat can be cleaned and aired.
• Tumble dry on low heat setting or allow to dry naturally. Check the filters on your machine as directed by the washing machine manufacturer.
• Large mats are heavy when wet and we recommend when washing in a domestic machine you check the load limit on your machine.
• Never place your Turtle Mat on a damp floor.
• Lift and launder your mat regularly

Delivery
Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95. We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required.

Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only)Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK. Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns
Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below. Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Please note that if you need to return a Personalised mat, please email orders@turtlemat.co.uk before returning your mat.
