Caring for your indoor Turtle Mat

  • Washing your mat before use helps to maximise performance by raising the pile once dried
  • Machine or hand wash at 40°C using a colour kind non-biological detergent without bleaching agents/optical brighteners.
  • Do not use fabric conditioner or a combined detergent and conditioner as this will reduce the dirt trapping performance of your mat
  • We recommend washing your Turtle Mats regularly (monthly) to improve the absorbency of your mat and to ensure the area under the mat can be cleaned and aired
  • Tumble dry on low heat setting or allow to dry naturally. Check the filters on your machine as directed by the washing machine manufacturer
  • Large mats are heavy when wet and we recommend when washing in a domestic machine you check the load limit on your machine
  • Never place your Turtle Mat on a damp floor
  • Lift and launder your mat regularly

Caring for your outdoor mat

These care instructions apply for Cape Cod, Dune, Mud Hog and personalised mats:

  • Shake outdoor mat to remove any loose dirt
  • Hose down your mat to remove the dirt, hang mat up to dry
  • Use a stiff brush to remove any dried mud
  • Please do not put your outdoor mat in the washing machine or tumble dryer

  • Seperate velcro between the boot mat and rubber protector
  • Boot mat is machine washable at 30°C and tumble dry safe
  • Hand wash rubber protector and allow to dry naturally before use
