Areas of application
DUNE is non-slip and suitable for all clean, dry and untreated floors. Its area of ​​application is unlimited as it ensures hygiene and cleanliness indoors and outdoors. It is also suitable for floors with underfloor heating.

Caring for your DUNE Outdoor Mat

To remove coarse and dry dirt, the doormat can simply be shaken or brushed off. Heavy dirt can also be cleaned off the mat with a garden hose and water (please do not use a high-pressure cleaner).

After cleaning with water, it is best to lay the mat flat in a warm place to dry. The mat can absorb a lot of water yes is quick drying.

Besides shaking it out, you can also vacuum it regularly using a smooth nozzle. This removes dirt and dust and keeps the mat clean and functional. This level of care is sufficient for everyday use.

If the mat should become very dirty, it can be machine washed at max 40°C. Use a mild detergent and spin the mat at a low speed. Once washed, lay the mat out flat to dry. Please consider the maximum load capacity of your appliances. Machine wash the mat once a year to maintain the rubber and to avoid dark abrasions to the surface.

Free delivery offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95. We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required.

Pay only £4.95 per order for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only) Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK. Postage charges cover delivery to one address.

Returns
Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below. Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 0345 600 3478 prior to sending in this instance)We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as Kleen-Tex Industries Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
