These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register. 

2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.  

3. PRICING

3.1 All our prices include VAT at the current rates. Our business pages may also display the price exclusive of VAT for your convenience.

3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.

3.3 Our prices are reviewed monthly to ensure the best competitive rates.  


4. DELIVERY

Delivery Terms

4.1 All products, excluding those outlined in clause 4.4, will be dispatched no later than five working days from receipt of your order, providing your order has been received by 12:00 noon GMT. Not including weekends. We aim for goods to UK addresses to arrive within 7 working days. A signature may be required. 

4.2 UK Standard Delivery Service: £4.95; Our standard delivery terms apply to UK mainland only. Free delivery over £80 offer is available on orders equal to or greater than £80 before postage is applied. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses, some areas of the Highlands and Islands; instead a postage discount of £4.95 will be applied. Postage saving for mat orders is £4.95. 
Postage charges cover delivery to one address only.


4.3 Non-UK mainland, overseas and offshore deliveries; For the delivery destinations listed below there is a nominal fee. You should select the correct destination in the Shipping Menu on our Shopping Cart page. 
Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK:

4.4 Customised and Freesize products cannot be delivered Next Day or by any other fast-track service. Despatching products of this nature may take up to 10 days from the receipt of an order for free-sized products, and up to 10 days from receipt of artwork approval for custom designed products. This is to allow for production and customisation time. 


5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Your statutory right: You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 28 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods, you may do this by contacting us in writing or by email, please make sure you provide your full contact details on any correspondence. Our details can be found on our Contact Us page.

Please note: This returns and refund policy is applicable to the supply of goods and services to consumers. If you are a business please request the 'business to business' returns and refund policy by emailing us.

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 below.

In addition to our goodwill policy regarding returns, as a consumer you have a legal right cancel a contract with us under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 ("CCR") during a specific time period without giving any reason. Your right to cancel a contract begins when you (or a third party nominated by you) acquires physical possession of the good and ends 14 calendar days after the day you receive the products. 5.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

5.3 Goods are refunded within 30 days.

5.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 5.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used to replace any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. The provisions of this clause 5.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

5.5 Return of faulty goods: If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 28 days.

6.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this website for your own personal use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.


6.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.
